Sleep — we all want more of it. Good sleep plays an important role in our health and wellbeing as well as well as affecting our productivity.

Keep a regular sleep pattern
Plan to go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Maintaining a consistent sleep routine can help you fall asleep faster and sleep well through the night.
Avoid bad pre-bedtime habits
Avoid habits such as eating too late, watching TV in bed, keeping your smart phone close by or having caffeinated drinks such as coffee close to your bedtime. These can all impact our sleep quality.
Try some background noise

Get the temperature right
The right temperature in your room can help you sleep better. Ideally, have your room between 18 – 22 degrees. Try a using a fan in your room, adjust your sleepwear and bedding or take a shower to cool down before sleep.
